After arriving we went both to Harry's shop en to your Intersport shop at the Valisera Bahn. We directly felt more comfortable in your shop, as the asmosphere was more calm and we got more oversight in where to go for shoes and for renting of ski's and other materials. Your personal is extremely friendly. E.g. we got a 10% discount in a leaflet which we received from our accommodation, but the 6 members of our family did not arrive at the same time. At the cassier we learned that this discount would count for all of us, whenever we would hire the equipment. Very customer friendly! Further, we were very pleased by the easy way of handling the hiring and payments through the computer system, without any delay and in a very clear way. We will come back next year!
