Vriendelijk personeel, goed en snel geholpen. Goed geholpen toen de stokken van ons zoontje buiten waren vergeten en toen iemand anders de ski's van één van ons had gepakt i.p.v. zijn eigen. Zeer tevreden!

binding settings need a more scientific approach as my experience is that the setting level is a simple judgement. i say this as i had a fall at low speed which caused an injury to my left knee medial ligament as the ski did not come off, which it should have.

I used the equipment for only 30 minutes and found out that I was too scared for skiing. I returned to the shop and they were very understanding and refunded the money. That was very kind and a great service example.
